Her experience includes:

  • Interim CFO for $400 million bank, completing a 3-year budget and presenting such to the Board with an in-depth analysis of year over year variances and projected interest rate risk.

  • Responsibility for asset-liability management and interest rate risk analyses, and Board training regarding these subjects, for multiple financial institutions.
  • Director of operations for a $500 million southern California bank. Direct responsibility included branch operations, item processing, sales training, and branch training and support.
  • Centralized branch support for improved staffing coverage, training issues, and career pathing.
  • Led the orderly return of bank charter including the sale of all deposits, the concerns of both customers and regulators, and the archiving of operational records.

Terry has earned a strong working relationship with the OCC, FDIC and the California DBO. She is known for her integrity and ability to work through issues as they arise. She is analytical and pragmatic and seeks solutions that balance strong internal controls with innovative product development.
