Steve Converse has over 30 years of experience in management, banking and data processing. His knowledge includes operations support, business management, and project management utilizing his organizational, multi-tasking, communications and professionalism skills. Experienced in the Unisys and IBM enterprise server platforms and knowledgeable in all aspects of banking (Deposits, Loans, General Ledger, Proof, Electronic Banking and Proof).

His experience includes:

• Managed the installation of integrated computer, security cameras, and audio, video and telephone systems.

• Managed a dozen financial institutions across the country with asset size from $500M to over $12B working to meet their financial software needs.

• Developed a business working relationship with “C” level suite of executives within each financial institution. Primary contact point of escalation between the financial institution and Fiserv. Traveled and held face to face meetings with “C” level teams twice a year to discuss their strategic objectives and to put those objectives into action.

• Managed a client call center support team of 60 people.

• Assisted client support representatives in trouble shooting and resolving software related problems as well as helping resolve various banking related questions.

• Trained and educated support representatives how to deal with and handle tense telephone call situations in a professional manner ultimately resolving the client’s problems.

• Trained support representatives in all aspects of banking as well as other Fiserv / ITI installers on how the core software worked.

• Managed teams for bank conversions. Ensured bank data conversion from current software system to new Fiserv Premier Software was accurate and in balance.

• Installed converted banking data records and software from current software to Fiserv Premier Software.

• Educated computer operators as well as bank staff how to perform both daily and nightly processing procedures.
