Her experience includes:

  • Recent management of three system conversions in one year as part of a multibank acquisition across multiple states.
  • Managed or had the lead role in over 20 acquisitions, both as the acquirer and the seller. Developed acquisition due diligence questionnaires. Managed individual branch sales and RTC/FDIC transactions.
  • Member of an executive team that successfully grew a bank from 107 million to 1.8 billion within a 2 year period. Responsible for system integrations, standardization of policies and procedures, product conversions, and employee retention.
  • Hired in as CIO to manage aftermath of an Information Technology (IT) forensics investigation and remediated IT related findings in a regulatory order.
  • RFP development, vendor selection and contract negotiation for core banking platforms, and ancillary systems including accounting, loan origination, Internet banking, call center, SBA, network and information technology solutions.
  • Contract negotiation and management, achieving significant cost saves in tracking auto renewals and forcing renegotiations. Reduction of expenditures achieved through management of service agreements, vendor obligations and timelines.
  • Management of administrative business units, Information Technology, Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, Security and Facilities.
  • Development and standardization of policies and procedures for information technology/security and operations.
  • Chairman of the Information Technology Steering Committee, Director of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, member of ALCO and Risk and Compliance Committees.
