Kristen Seddon, Client Relations Executive at RLR Management Consulting, Inc., has over 14 years of experience working in financial institutions in senior roles in branch, operations, marketing, advertising, and compliance management. She also has extensive experience in business development.

Her experience includes:

• Effectively managing retail operations of a California community bank branch, the second largest in California $140 MM.

• Managing daily retail operations of one branch of a $1B Southern California community bank, and opened bank’s first desert-based retail location, including preparation for acquisition and/or de novo branching.

• Performing regular ongoing certifications including branch contingency plans, BSA/AML, CRA, OFAC, surprise cash counts, and branch security reviews for several regional banks.

• A long history of monitoring and adhering to all regulatory and policy changes instituting operational controls and procedures to ensure safety and security of customer and bank assets.

• Extensive development and execution of integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies to achieve desired revenue, expense and service goals.

• Extensive involvement in strategic planning, development, branch and capital budgeting within several banks.

• Leading Sales and Service, Advertising, Marketing and Merchandising activities in two Western states markets (California and Utah) for a community bank.

• Implementing Lockbox Services/Remote Deposit Capture into a bank for deposit and relationship growth.

• Monitoring high risk customers, reporting to the CRO. Worked closely with CRO during regulatory exams and internal audits.

• Developing policies and procedures for implementation and dissemination to branches following board approval.

• Maintaining responsibility for managing new business development, proactively developing new clients, retaining and expanding existing banking relationships.

• Originating the underwriting of commercial, residential, and construction loans as well as business credit and SBA financing requests for a regional bank. Managing loan portfolio customer relationships for many years.

Kristen is an alumnus of College of the Desert and Arizona State University. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Desert.
