It is with mixed emotions that RLR announces the retirement of Diana Strade, Senior Associate Consultant. Diana joined RLR in 2008 from Placer Sierra Bank, a division of Wells Fargo, where she served as Senior Vice President, Bank Support Services Manager. Prior to this, she was with Coldwell Banker and spent 26 years with Bank of America in various operational positions.

During her 14+ years with RLR, Diana became one of our most sought after consultants. Diana, who is a certified Six Sigma green belt, developed a love for BSA, and became one of the most respected and skilled BSA auditors in the industry. Diana served countless clients and conducted hundreds of BSA Audits, BSA model validations and SOX work during her 14 years with RLR. She was instrumental in building audit work programs, enhancing BSA audits to incorporate cannabis businesses and working with clients to improve their programs.

Diana has been training her replacement during the past few months, as well as wrapping up several assignments. As she transitions into her next phase in life, she looks forward to traveling with her husband Dave, and spending more time with her family.
