Diana has over 30 years in the banking industry. Her experience includes management of support services for a California community bank, and various management positions in a large national bank. Diana is in high demand with our clients. They have come to know her as the foremost expert in BSA/AML, including Model Validations, specifically focused on audit services. “Although some people may think I am crazy, I love conducting Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) audits and validations”.
She has further developed expertise in bank operations, training, and compliance programs, policy and procedure development, internal controls, and operational efficiency. She has expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) has assisted clients large and small in the development of narratives and control matrices and testing controls in all functional areas. One of her favorite aspects of her job is “having the ability to not only conduct audits, but to be able to assist clients with improving their programs. Based on our wide base of clients, we can provide the client with typical industry practices, regulatory expectations, and sample tools for their use”.

In her spare time, Diana and her husband Dave love to travel. “I work so I can travel, so the flexibility the consultant position provides is great. Our travel focus has shifted from diving in the Caribbean Islands to a goal of visiting all 62 of America’s National Parks”.
