Her experience includes:

  • Strong leadership and team development ensuring stakeholder engagement and success in the execution of companywide projects.
  • Managed transition and integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions and core banking conversions for two regulatory agencies.
  • Designed, tested and implemented a loan originations tracking and reporting system for a $4B financial institution which included underwriting and loan committee documentation, rate tracking, management reporting, loan administration, and loan processing and closing documents.
  • Negotiated and monitored over 90 vendor management contracts creating a collaborative partnership while ensuring that the bank’s requirements and contractual obligations were met.
  • Managed the conversion of client deposit and transactional data to a new proprietary in-house system which included review and approval of project scope, data mapping, user acceptance testing, user training and on-going tracking of enhancement requests and backlog grooming.
  • Created tracking system and underwriting process for a federal regulatory agency; presenting completed cases to the agency credit committee for approval.
  • Led the successful conversion of assets from 12 financial institutions nationwide adhering to the negotiated purchase and assumption agreements and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Served as the architect to develop an outward facing business dashboard which provided clients with a comprehensive account overview.
  • Developed standardized policies and procedures for asset servicing, credit underwriting and loan processing.
  • Launched and managed new commercial lending and deposit product programs on the east coast for two west coast financial institutions which included developing strategic sales and marketing plans, documenting policies and procedures, creating statistical reporting, and staffing sales, operations and administrative personnel.
  • Managed all aspects of the FDIC’s Asset Servicing Department for over 30 failed financial institutions including asset conversions, payment processing, system verification/ balancing and customer service.
  • Introduced a series of process and system improvements that captured key gains in efficiency, productivity and operational effectiveness to facilitate a successful regulatory review.
