She has worked with Financial Institutions throughout the Midwest focusing on operations, project management and operational efficiencies. Her experience includes management of operations for several community banks up to $1.2 billion. She has also managed bank acquisition projects including core system mergers, customer notifications, as well as the integration of all departments and branch personnel into the purchasing organization. Her 33 years of Fiserv Premier and Precision experience include Fiserv ROBO, EFT, Card Services, BPM, Positive Pay, Wire Manager, Mobiliti and Director.

 

 

 


  

Her experience includes:

  • Project management for core system conversions, new product roll-outs and bank mergers
  • Managed the RFP, selection and conversion of a multi-branch bank from out-sourced core operations to an in-house core system. Developed a team to staff the in-house system
  • Managed conversion projects that include core system, item processing, debit card and internet banking
  • Performed bank operational reviews, provided feedback on modifications or opportunities to enhance operations for greater efficiency
  • Sr. Vice President of Operations for Minnesota based community banks. Managed core processing, deposit operations, loan operations, Information Security and IT
  • Formed, staffed and managed a Cash Management department for multi-branch community bank
  • Served as member of the Senior Management team, IT Steering, Compliance, and Marketing committees
