Mandy Rowe has over 35 years’ experience in retail bank operations, application support, data warehousing, data analytics, process improvements, vendor contract negotiation and project management. She led the in-house development of new Teller and Cash Management systems for a $1B retail bank, was the IT Director for a $1B retail bank., responsible for IT Infrastructure (Network, Desktop Support, Help Desk and Telecomm), Project Management, Information Security, Applications Support, Process Improvements and Data Warehousing. Mandy has managed or played a key role in multiple bank acquisitions and mergers. She has 10 years experience with the Fiserv Premier core system and many of the ancillary systems around it, especially BA (Business Analytics) data warehouse.


  • Served as overall Project Manager for a local $400MM community bank with a Finastra core who acquired a local $200MM community bank with a Fiserv Premier core 
  • Functioned as a key member of the conversion team responsible for the merger of two local community banks in Maryland who were very similar in size ($1B) and had the same core processor (Fiserv Premier)
  • Proficient in Report Writing and Data Mining using several different tools – Fiserv’s Business Analytics (BA), Microsoft Access, and Altair’s Monarch.  Developed a Digital Dashboard and Branch Scorecard for a local Maryland $600MM bank.  Used these same tools to develop a multitude of process improvements for a local Maryland $1B bank and a 12-month re-calculation of credit card finance charges for a Washington DC $500MM bank 
  • Skilled at contract negotiations with Fiserv.  Re-negotiated the Fiserv contract for a $2B local Maryland bank achieving a 17% overall savings in annual expenditures.  Re-negotiated the Fiserv contract for a $1B local Maryland bank achieving a 23% overall savings in annual expenditures 
  • Experienced in developing Business Case Analysis, Project Plans and Risk Assessments for new banking products allowing banks to satisfy regulatory guidelines 
  • Multiple years (20+) overseeing Fiserv’s long-term archival system (Nautilus/Director).  Spear-headed projects at 2 local Maryland banks to ingest loan documents into Nautilus/Director.  Successfully moved an in-house Nautilus system to a hosted Director system allowing a local Maryland $1B bank to have an approved DR/BCC plan for its archived documents 
  • Implemented the Weiland Account Analysis system for 2 local Maryland banks resulting in standardized pricing and elimination of manual data entry 
  • Improved regulatory ratings and reduced audit issues by 50% for a local Maryland $1B bank by devising innovative security measures, including patch management and mobile device management solutions
  • Reduced operating costs for a local Maryland $1B bank by $100K using automation processes 
  • Proficient at data mapping. Developed numerous feeder files for third party systems for a local Maryland $1B bank
